Ordered 2 shein packages on April 15 one with fast delivery and another with regular. The fast delivery came with a lot of items missing and didn’t even come on the time it was suppose to come . It’s now may 1st and I’m still waiting on my second package . Currently upset .

I was worried what I ordered wouldn’t be good quality or not look as good as the pictures. I talked myself into trying a dress and top. I was very pleased with the quality, the feel of the materials and the way they fit. I recently just ordered some more items and I’m looking forward to receiving them.

This week I order clothes for myself for the summer since it’s getting hot, I ordered my clothes through a referral code which gave me a sale/ discount. Ever since SHEIN stopped delivering through USPS/USP/FEDEX my package never ends up at my door theg leave it in my lobby. I asked for help today to get my refund and to reorder my clothes. I have email SHEIN customer service email and received an automatic email from the company, they didn’t look over my email since the reply to email was sent 1 minutes later. They told me to ask my neighbors or my household since the package was signed for. How did I receive a package that was left in a lobby? How did I sign a package that was left in my lobby? So SHEIN customer service is terrible, they don’t have a customer service number in use. I’ve emailed their shipping company and the company themselves. Their solution is for me to ask my neighbors.

I spent hundreds of dollars on SHEIN. i’ve never had a problem until now. I decided to order an expensive package from SHEIN. I do not receive my package ever! All parties involved (shipping company FedEx as well) denied any ownership to the cause of my problem. Instead of helping me, they’ve turned me away multiple times deny having anything to do with the with the issue. denying any help, any refund or even any re-ship! There is no phone number of course! every time I try to get in a chat to talk about this issue, they immediately end the chat.

Terrible clickbait advertising everywhere you go. Then their ad methods are essentialy Ponzi schemes. You invite a new user to get a reward but neither of you get the reward unless that new user also sends an invite to another new user. False advertising and FRAUD imo

I placed my first order with this Company in March 2024. I received my order on 03-25. The bottom to one swimsuit was missing. I contacted Customer Support on 03-25 and at least once a week thereafter. On May 01, I am told the the limit has been exceeded to inquire about missing item. This is ridiculous. The rest of my order was correct but I have a swim top that is useless to me. I am a very dissatisfied one time Only customer.

Litterly they are scammers I ordered a iPad pencil once and I only got the box with NO iPad pencil and they overprice and the price you see is the price u don’t get and the games just steal ur money and there stuff is SUPER LOW QUALITY And most of there stuff comes broken when delivered and the longest they have taken from delivering my package has been about 2 months
