Never seen a worst site than this one. You forced me to take a bundle package without my consent or your site would not continue for me to be able to buy my trip….

Honestly thought I was saving with frontier but definitely not worth it. If your app isn’t loading your boarding pass they will change you $25 to print it at the airport even though the cause is their app. Disappointed they also don’t seat you together when you buy more than one ticket. Literally just trying to make you pay for everything making it seem like it’s cheap.
Why an app

You know what this app could be? A website. I should not NEED an app simply to check into my flight. It does everything the website used to do, how novel.

Fly anyone but Frontier. Jump on the back of a migrating duck. Strap a bottle rocket to your nether regions. Undergo gene splicing and grow wings yourself. Anything but subjecting yourself to the agony that is dealing with the ineptitude of everyone in this organization. Oh, and the app doesn’t work either. Nothing like being told your “booking not found” when trying to check in, because you HAVE to download this crapp in order to try (and fail) to get checked in, and then the extortionists want $25 to have some grinning psychopath print it out for you. Walk, swim, crawl on your belly like a reptile, just don’t give these people a chance to waste your time and take your money.

Slowest crew ever horrible service rather stand around talking for hours and delay our flight rather than get working. Will not use frontier again period.
Very careful when you add bags

I was trying to add a check in Bag and none for my wife. It is not easy avoiding multiple bags to be added. Keep an eye on the $ value. It climbed to almost $250 for multiple bags. Removing 1 by one is also tricky. Had to go back and added none to complete the booking. Will add separately rather by calling. In Budget air that is not also easy to get that help.
