Despite turning off auto brightness in my iPhones settings, Delta has taken away the ability to control my iPhones brightness. Yet another example of Delta forcing longtime loyal customers to deal with yet another PIA. Since Delta is now taking away unlimited Skyclub visits for AMX Platimum members, and a host of other disrespectful treatment, I cancelled the card, and will use other airlines when $ comes into play. I spent $695 per year for that card, put at least $130k on the card every year, and fly over 100 flights per year but I can’t reach Diamond status??? Delta is broken.

The app is so slow late to respond to changes and the app just spins and spin and spins and spins and spins and spins. Doesn’t matter wifi, cellular, pigeon mail carrier. Just isn’t good. For a premium flight company. South west airlines is way more accurate and up to date.

The Delta app is intuitive and allows quick travel planning. I love the way data is displayed. As a whole the delta experienced is first class even when riding in a basic seat.

I fly multiple times a month so this is one of my more used apps. The app has been steadily getting worse. The UX for those handling multiple city legs is horrible, and it feels like everything is getting buried.
I usually also do seat changes on the web app because the performance is much better. Changing seats takes forever with the app.
Finally, why after 8 months do I need to call an agent for a same day change!? It used to be seamless but now the app just errors out.
I want the old delta app back. It was so much better and easier to use.
Never Loaded Itinerary or Schedule

Wasn’t a connection issue because it worked fine on Safari…but never loses the check in or itinerary on either trip which rendered the app nearly useless…
